Another Investment
Our new screw machine is instrumental in developing our strap equipment. We are the only manufacture that uses a solid stainless steel rod which requires no lubricant. The rod is chamfered and the thread is pressed into the stainless steel round stock as it moves through the machine. A 16 foot piece of rod will become 4 inches longer when the process is complete. The ability to manufacture our own screws allows engineering to meet the design requirements of the customers.
