Customer Service Center
In an effort to create a more pleasurable experience for our customers, Cottrell broke ground on a 3000 + square foot customer service center in late November 2005. Scheduled to be completed in March of 2006, this center will contain a television viewing area, vending, bathrooms with shower, laundry room and computer kiosks. This center is adjacent to our 11 bay service shop that is equipped to handle minor repairs as well as major refurbishments. A group of experienced customer service representives will also reside in this new building. Turn to Cottrell for all of your car hauling needs.
